Why We Built This Site
Minnesota keeps a good deal of court and law-enforcement information open to the public, and the hard part is still knowing which office holds the piece you want. A single warrant touches several records. A judge signs the order and sets the bail or release terms. The Sheriff's warrant desk receives it, serves it, and can say whether it is still open. A city police department may have written the citation behind the case. None of those offices can answer for another.
Mower County adds a wrinkle that trips up readers who expect a local court system. Minnesota runs one unified District Court, so a citation from Austin, Grand Meadow, Adams, Brownsdale, or Lyle all lands in the same courthouse. There is no separate municipal criminal court to search, and no single public statewide warrant search either. A person can check one office, find nothing, and wrongly assume the matter is closed. We collect the contacts, the request procedures, and the record layouts so a reader starts in the right place.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Minnesota court, county sheriff's office, or state agency. The limits are real:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot post bond or accept a payment toward a warrant
- We cannot recall, quash, or clear a warrant in any system
- We cannot give legal advice or say how a warrant applies to your situation
- We cannot arrange a court date, a surrender, or a walk-in appointment
- We cannot promise that every number, fee, or listing here is current today
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's office that serves it can confirm whether it exists and whether it has since been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office. The answer comes from them.
Search Partners
Some pages here carry search boxes that third-party providers operate. Those companies run their own services, set their own prices, and manage their own data. A paid signup through one of those tools may earn us a referral fee, and that revenue keeps this site free to read. We do not control the pricing, the results, or the coverage of those tools, and a partner result is not an official warrant check. Confirm anything that matters with the county.
